Pathetic service, no comunication --- Order #5350

<p>1. After I placed my order and payed for it I received a notice that I get a R100 discount on the first time order placed. I send a mail enquering as to how this process will work since I already placed the order. Acknowledgement that my enquery was received was send to me but it's now been a week and I haven't heard anything from them.<br />2. I received the item 7 days ago but it was damaged and incomplete. I immediately send them a mail requesting a refund form as per the instructions on the website. Again aknowledgement was send that they received my mail but that was all. Send another mail the following day but this time they didn't even bother to acknowledge receipt.</p>
