Yes they don't answer the phone and their land-line does not work but to my surprise after 10 days as promised I received my beautiful edward east watch ????????, I really like it and thank you I hope my other edward east watch is on its way order number #14764 as I have received #14758.. Great watch, packaging neat with guarantee card and instruction booklet with the history of the watch makers. Thank you idealdirect.co.za, you my new online shop I don't doubt. Please improve on your interactions with customers, please that will make your business grow that I have no doubt of. Waiting for my second parcel to arrive a big THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
