Life's too short for the problems associated with IdealDirect

Purchased a watch for my wife 6 weeks ago. To date I have not received anything. I sent an e-mail to their support centre and have not received any response. I tried calling their customer support line and apparently it does not exist. I tried their alternative number which just keeps ringing. If you are thinking IdealDirect, think again. Life is too short for these problems. There are companies out their that actually value the fact that you have trusted them with your money and that will live up to their promises and deliver as they said they would. Lets be honest, its hard enough earning the money we do, we don't deserve to work twice as hard for the same money because IdealDirect does not believe in service delivery.
