I would give a Zero or minus rating if I could. Almost a month since ordering two products off their site, and still no goods. I started by writing them an email, which got ignored. a week later, I wrote again, and was again ignored. I then called the number advertised on their site, and no one answered. After two weeks since the order was placed, called again, and this time spoke to a gentleman who told me the problem was that they didnt have the black ones, only the gray ones. I said no problem, he said they will be sent in the morning. Nothing came. I then decided to whatsapp the number, again stating my non receipt of the goods, and to date, no one got back to me. the number now states "not available, try again later' when dialing it. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them, (They sent me a pair of socks, when I ordered an Igea machine), but last time they fixed it. .... so I guess it's shame on me!
