iDealDirect is useless

I placed an order on 08 May 2018 for 2 umbrellas. They eventually came back to me via email saying that they have no stock and asked if I wanted to wait till June. I rep**** to the email and said that I would like to wait till June. June came and went - I heard nothing.... I tried to email the same person who emailed me .... still waiting for a reply. The support number on their web site goes directly to voice mail. I submitted a refund form (as per their web site) I am still waiting for the refund or any kind of contact.

I strongly suggest you do not use this web site to purchase anything!!!
