Idealdirect is a joke.....DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I have been waiting for my order now for 3 weeks, on the tracker for my order, there has been no movement since the day I placed the which was 14 Aug 19 so that does not help me much. I sent an enquiry email yesterday & there has been no response or even acknowledgement of my email. The number provided on their website goes straight to mailbox. This company is a joke to say the list. I need to know when I will get my order!!!!!!!!
