Bad service

<p>I bought a item from iDealDirect 2 weeks before Xmas. It got delivered and to my disappointment when i opened the box i found that this item has been used before. Although it was in a box the box was not sealed nort he item itself. The charger plug as well as the cable was not even tied as you usually get them. The item also had a few scratches on. So there was no doubt in my mind that this was either a demo unit or a second hand unit. Becasue of the very personal nature of this product it makes me sick to my stomach to even think that they could send such unit (used) out to a customer. Not even sure how you can return such item...</p> <p>I mailed them the same day 12/12/2016 it arrived informing them of the above and asking that they send someone to collect this item and at the same time bring a new one. On the 14th i mailed again as i had no responce to ********** Up to today (29/12/2016) i had no mail nor phone call about this. I will never buy from them again!!!</p>
