Bad Company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I've ordered an item from ideal direct on the 13th September and have still not received my goods. I've tried all ways and means trying to get hold of this people but nothing all contact numbers that are listed on google does not work. The support email address that's listed I've received no response what so ever from them. Am I now running a lost for getting nothing from them?
