Ideal toy delivered wonderful service !!!!

My 4 year old son received a Yookidoo submarine and water play system for bathtime for his birthday. It transpired that the water spouting submarine had an electronic fault causing its battery to run down. I contacted Cherise via a web query and with NO hassles whatsoever she arranged for me to pick up a replacement toy. I am flabbergasted by this company's efficient way of dealing with its customers.
