Ideal Prepaid

I am a first time user of prepaid electricity. I confess I am a trifle technically challenged. Everytime I have called the Help Line I have received excellent service. I would like to make mention of Mongezi Mbomvu who was brilliant. He was courteous, patient and very helpful. Kudos to him and the company he represents. I sincerely hope is well rewarded for his service. Thank you Diane Schwartz
