Ideal Golf? Not so Ideal

Ideal golf offering vouchers for golf games. Before buying we specifically made sure that the vouchers were valid for Wednesdays (only days we can play) When we tried to book (every Wednesday for 3 months) we were told every single time there is a golf day. Now the vouchers re expiring (10 days from now) and no refund or exchange is offered. This is not due to lack of trying, but rather no availability. Can they please specify in future when we can and cannot use vouchers.
