Garage doors not installed, unable to get hold of

An enquiry was sent to sales@garagedoorsprices to install garage doors. A mr Martin Morris responded and provided a quote which was accepted. The requested 75% deposit was paid, whereafter we arranged a date for installation. The deposit was paid on 22 January, installation was due 30 January. On friday 30 Jan, no installation was done and the Mr Martin Morris was unreachable via telephone and email. He only responded via sms on friday that he is in a meeting. <br> Today, monday 2 February, I receive an email from \Mark"";call you right back\"".
