I bought a car in April from IdealDrive where I was told that the owner was not in the country and I would receive my spare key as soon as he is back, I did a foolow up and was later on told that signed that I did not need a spare key, or that I was okay with the fact that I did not receive one.

28 Aug 2019, 11:16They told me that I signed a contract saying that I did not need a spare key and this was when I was following up with them when the owner of the garage had returned back to South Africa, I asked him to e-mail the proof where it said that I do not want a spare key but instead he blocked my number.
