Idea Hive, Mc Donalds and Samsung - disappointed!!!

The level of disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism I have had to endure from this company Idea Hive is dispical, mainly that woman Sera Pande who is rude and called me a **** when they are the ***** who don't fulfill matters from a month ago going on two. I entered a competition through Mc Donalds for a Samsung prize for a competition of December 2020, I was contacted on 12 March 2021 and told I had won and I must email this above mentioned woman Sera who never responded until I did my initial mention of an escalation after numerous emails was sent to her . She then called me on the 6th if April with no telephone etiquette, asking if I was called by someone from the company, I responded with no, hence I had emailed her numerously, she then said she thought someone had called and she will follow up and she hung up the phone, never to hear from her again. I sent en email again , she never rep**** and I sent another one yesterday where she called after I had stated again I will take the matter to social media and also escalate the matter, I told her I am working as she is too and I'm not able to speak on the phone, she throws the phone as per hang up while I was still talking , am I to not deal with my work as she is too at work, am I to leave my patients bedside to entertain her when it pleases her to acknowledge my existence?!., she then had the nerve to accuse me of lying and stated I was called and I never picked up, I told her to refrain from saying I'm lying because she knows the truth herself and I have evidence thereof, I stated she must give me the proof of these calls that she says there is evidence of . How does one dare to call me a **** when they are at fault?!. If the competition was a con or the prizes are taken by them then we should be informed because this is ridiculous!. Even the person who messaged me through WhatsApp never responded again. How professional is that?! How rude can numerous people in one company be! . Then I'm told I must contact a Faida . Why am I to do the run around and call this one and that one ?.

I am perplexed how someone can be this rude and unprofessional when they are the ones who have not done their work properly ? . I am disappointed at Idea Hive. MC Donalds and Samsung should reconsider vastly working with a company like this !. MC Donalds and Samsung should have ensured that this company is reputable and their clients are treated with respect deserved!. What happened to my "prize" did it even exist?. At this point I'm not even looking at Mc Donalds and Samsung! They have lost me as a customer!. It's ridiculous!
