Owner not notified of dog's death by breeder

Rina Gertenbach and I had an oral agreement that she would take care of my 3-month old schnauzer puppy (bought from Idanira dog kennels for R2500) for 3 months until end November 2015. I provided all food and necessities for this purpose. <br> <br> I have requested her on several occasions to visit the puppy, but they were either away or busy, which I fully understood at the time. <br> <br> I emailed Rina Gertenbach on Friday, 23 October 2015, asking her when I could collect my puppy as my little boy kept asking me to do so. When I have not received a reply by mid-day 26 October, I called her. I asked her how my puppy was doing and if I could collect him and she said: \Your dog is not doing well
