After the golf cart had been "dispatched" I was held to ransom to pay and extra R27,000 in refundable fees for "insurance deposits" and "SAD clearances" else my cart would not arrive and I would not get my money back. "Dave" is the ******** behind this, do not trust this ***** foreign fellow. ***** cases opened with the bank and SAPS.
