Bad craftmanship and untruthful

Mr. Swart erected a steel structure on our farm covered with corrugated iron at the end of November 2014. Before he even started he demand us to pay the structure in full because we had to trust each other. He said that it happend often that he was not been paid by customers. He send some of his workers to erected the structure. They did not do a good job. They put on the corrugated iron incorrectly. After my husband's complaint, he send some of his workers to recover their bad work. They had to replace 23 side plates and 1 plate on top. They did not do that. My husband phoned him and Mr. Swart came to us to have a look. He promised to replace the plates. Since that day he ignored our complaint. He never rep**** our calls or e-mails.
