Whatever you do never ever use this company. The owner is a *****. We booked the service to have items cleaned, a guy rocks up at the door with a vacuum cleaner and a drill to clean our couches and says his boss dropped him. nevertheless, we give him the benefit of the doubt. He cleans our couches and assures us that once dry it will be clean but must be paid for before he leaves. So we do the honorable thing and pay him. The next day the couches are dry and my word, it looked worse than what it was. After calling the owner to come and see he refuses and says he will send someone else and we must pay them again. He is now avoiding our calls after taking our money and leaving the items in a worse condition than before.
