ICS Tracing - Useless

My god,

You will never meet a more useless bunch of people. Firstly, they have no manners. They call in rapid succession with complete disregard for a persons working hours. Secondly. They seems to be pc illiterate, because literally any question you mail them results in phone calls, at inconvenient times and never a direct answer. My 5 year old is better suited.
