Timeshare transfer ****

I was contacted via email by ISC - international Services Consulting registration number ***. The receptionist Leonie Fourie said we would be able to get out of our perpetual timeshare contract if we would agree to meet them. <br> <br> We met with Rezaan Abrahams the director of the company and Nicole who proceeded to show us a file full of letters as well as videos, spreadsheets and a carte Blanche episode detailing how bad it is to be part of timeshare. <br> <br> We then agreed to pay them R19500 to transfer our timeshare on the premise that they would claim levies to the value of R100000 which we would receive by June in 2016. <br> <br> After returning home we researched Rezaan Abrahams and found many letters of complaints and newspaper articles where he sold people's timeshare for his own benefit and no payout was received. This he also did under the company name QVC. Two days after signing the transfer contract we called to cancel the transfer contract. We also sent him an email cancelling the contract. Rezaan agreed to pay back the money and we agreed to a 10% cancellation fee. <br> <br> No payment has been received and Rezaan does not take our calls and send a msg that we are harassing him.
