After having Known Pravin and ICS Florida Road for over 5 years and him doing excellent work for me in the past, I had an issue with my wife's mac book pro it is an old machine. The backlight for the screen was not coming on. I had used another workshop due to the age of the machine and they had diagnosed the machine with needing a new motherboard. I called Pravin to ask him if he could assist (at this stage the computer was working with an external monitor) I had it couriered to him from the workshop (it arrived on the 7/4/2019) that told me we needed a new logic board and I received a quote from him the next day (8/4/2019). Quick service as always he quoted me R2500

And explained although the problem was being caused by one chip it was a Better to replace I whole board

Having a long-standing relationship with Pravin and ICS Florida Road, I called Pravin and he very kindly offered me a discount I asked him to give me a few days so my wife and I could decide if we wanted to repair the machine to full working order or buy another one. Before I could get back to him I received a call from him and another quote now costing R4500 the LCD was also faulty as well

At this point I said it did not make economic sense to repair the machine.

I paid the quote rejection fee I called Pravin now quite desperate as my machine didn’t work at all. He explained to me what bad shape the existing motherboard was I told him I had to get it back to working order with an external monitor he said he will come back to me. any another repair shop would have said there is nothing we can do but not ICS

Pravin called me a little later and offered to completely replace my MacBook for a working one for the original cost of only R2500 not only did he do this he transferred all my data and gave me an upgrade for the original price quoted I could not be happier or more grateful to ICS and Pravin

This goes beyond client service all I wanted was my machine working with out the built in screen BUT he have me a fully working Mac book with an upgrade wow
