ICS Estate Agency - Zero Service, Incapable of doing their jobs

ICS Estate Agency is a letting agent based in the Linden suburb of Randburg. Having worked with ICS for many years, the past 2 years have seen them become increasingly ineffective, uncooperative, and non-comunicative, to the point of being a risk to both my own business and the properties that they were hired to manage on my behalf.

In December 2022, ICS 'forgot' that they were leasing a property in my name, then having the renter abscond, this went unnoticed by ICS for almost 6 months (!) and, even after the empty apartment was put back into their control to rent again, they then spent a further 6 months not doing so, nor following the mandate that was put before them for managing the lease in question.

Upon requesting the (multiple) apartments that they lease on my behalf to be released back to me, I've only been met with a stoney silence from both of the main players at the company, despite numerous calls, emails, and even visits in person, and despite lawyers getting involved.

I can only hazard anyone who might be considering using the services of this company to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !
