No after sale service

Hi There, yesterday I wrote a letter, thought I could '**** three (3) flies in one' so to speak, in this one comment, because same complaint goes for 2 companies and 1 excellent review goes for the 1 company. Anyway, it back fired on me and, since I am not the computer literate one but my husband is, he tried to get onto the website of Hellopeter, to send my so called "hard working letter, after all it took me more than two hours to compose it, have to think and make sure every word is correct" next minute the whole letter disappeared just like that. Certainly do not blame Hellopeter for it, but it was extremely disappointing for me having to spend another two hours or more to do what I thought was done, and obviously do not remember every word. Just a little warning from a complete 'illiterate fool' who has no clue about computers, think first before you press any buttons!!! Last year in April we had a guy here to give us a quote for roof maintenance, he came and his name is Johan Fourie from a company called ICS Designs. He gave us a price for part of the roof (that is what we wanted) but he pushed for us to let him do the whole roof. NO, I said, because it really was not necessary. You always hear the same stories how good they are and they do not need any advertising, it is all just by 'word of mouth'. Well, job was done (by the way, this guy was also NOT shy to charge an upfront payment of more than 70 %, hardly anything left for rest of payment, should he abscond or disappear), just saying, well in this case it did not happen!! Few months later, in December, we had a leak on the roof, I called him and he said he would get back to me, nothing happened, and I called him again a week later. He told me that he was busy right now but will call me soon, to no avail. Now we are already in January 2019 and, not a word from him!! I am now really, may I say it, "****ed off" because that is what I was. I told my husband, that he should now phone him, so he did, and also told him that I am now really angry, guess, what he said, "well, she must have misunderstood me, because I am in Kimberley", which was a lie, because I don't think I would be that stupid not to understand him telling me that he was in Kimberley. Secondly, I did not believe that he really was outside of Johannesburg, but, I could be wrong. It still does not justify for him not to have contacted us in all this time!!! He only gives his cell phone number and, who knows where he is, he could be in Honolulu, as far as I care, (makes me real mad)! He hasn't got a land line, wonder why? He gives us a 10 year guarantee on the job he has done, and what does this guarantee mean, ****** all, if the man does not honour it? These are the kind of people one must NAME and SHAME, as far as I am concerned, they do not deserve to be in business!!! What makes me extremely happy is, that my 6th sense once again worked for me, by not letting him do the whole roof, even later, when he contacted my husband again with a 'so much better quote'!! Of course it is so much better to come and do a job and charge a ton of money for it, than to come and fix a problem which you Johan , have created, and show some integrity, if you have any at all!!! Obviously the job was NOT done properly. I have only one last thing to say to you Johan, do not even think of contacting us again , once you have read this message, and bring a thousand excuses, because there is no excuse for your despicable behaviour. I am really not in a mood to hear your voice even less to see your face! There are plenty people out there who probably can be trusted, but, sadly enough, are unable to find a job. For your information, roof has been done by two black people and what a fantastic job they have done, it is a real blessing in the sky and what a pleasure to praise them for their good work.
