Unauthorised debit order deductions
<p>I cancelled my services with ICS credit more than a year ago. At that point in time they did not cancel my request on time. I was eventually refunded for the deduction after reporting the incident to hello Peter. Now without my consent I notice that the debit order has been reactivated. I demand that all the bank charges as well as the deductions be paid over to me immediately. I am currently seeking legal advise for the ******* deductions. The account number used is ********** 6.</p>

I was supposed to get closure by close of business today. None was received.

After receiving a refund on the 22/11/2016 another debit order went through my account on the 25/11/2016. When will this end.
