Telephone-sale lies

Early August 2014 a lady phoned me and sell this product to me. ICS Credit solutions. I asked her if they really will be able to assist me with several kinds of loans, of which she **** by telling me even a house loan will not be a problem and that is the reason why she contacted me. So I took out the membership after all this promises and assurances. I even told her that after my divorce a sequestrated myself to get rid of my ex-husbands debt. To start over. She also said that will be no problem. When I received my card in the mail, it stated I must wait 3 months before I can apply for a loan. Since Beginning of December it was a problem. I never get a chance to speak to a Manager or Supervisor and everybody just want to try and help. 5 March they got Trivina to send my an e-mail and a week ago they told me I qualify for R3000. I said let's start somewhere so that I can build a credit score. They phoned me to tell me nobody will ever be able to assist me with a loan because I am working for a private school. I feel they took me for a ride from the beginning with all their promises and now I want to claim my money back(R992). I feel they stole from me. R299 Aug, R99 since then.
