Pay back my money

<p>R99 were deducted from my bank account for the past three months, and no way to contact these people. I want my money. I'm also planning on contacting the ombudsman. </p>

All they do is apologize, but you never get your money back. After all supposed agreements were cancelled, they still debited my account.
