Ics complaints

<p>This is the second time Ics takes a debute order from my account. it happend laast year and i phoned and stoped the service and now again. no one can tell me why it happend. i am still waiting for a answer on to when my money will be paid back in to my account since tuesday 28Feb. everytime i phone i get the words i will have a look and phone you back and then no one phones me back. </p>
