I want my money back

Some women called me in 2014 from ICS credit telling me she can help me get a loan to pay for my studies as I am under review. A debit order of R299 went through on my standard bank account I called to ask when I am receiving help or the card I have been waiting since and R99 is debited in my standard bank account every month all I want is my money back nothing else.
