Highly irate customer because ICS stole my money.

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I hereby log a complaint against ICS CREDIT as I was contacted by one of their agents offering me one of their benefits. I became interested and I advised the consultant that I am interested and she advised that the debit will take place after the benefit has been done and she advised that someone will contact me within 3 or 5 days of which it did not happen. I sent an email to ICS and requested to cancel as their agent had **** to me and another agent by the name of Precious Maduna phoned me and said that I shouldn't cancel, she will call me back. She never phoned back so I sent another email requesting to cancel but she responded I again saying that she can not cancel as per below:</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly be advised I did inform you that your cancellation was submitted after our cancellation file has been submitted to our debiting company.</p> <p> </p> <p>The debit was done on my account and I sent another email requesting to be creditted for the debit that shouldn't gone through because I had cancelled numerous times and their agents had **** to me numerous time there after NO RESPONSE. One month later I get another debit and I don't even know what this debit is for because I was advised that this was a once of payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>I hereby request to be creditted all my money that was debitted as I am not interested with dealing with your company as you make empty promises and lie and ***** peoples money form their account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly irate.
