Unauthorised debit order

These people have debited my account with R249 and I don't even know what it is for or who they are!! I tried calling them at 15h48 but got a recorded message saying that the offices close at 17h00!! I cannot even reverse the amount deducted, this is crazy & ********** to debit accounts for a service that was not even rendered!
