Iconic Projects

Iconic Projects is a company based in Milnerton that does ARTIFICIAL GRASS and SHADE PORTS in Cape Town and adjacent areas (Somerset West, Strand, Stellenbosch etc). The owner is Enock. Cell ***. I received a quote on 21 Oct 2022 which I accepted and paid 60% deposit. The job was finished a month later. In December we had heavy rain and my newly laid artificial lawn sagged in a few places. I reported this to Enoch. Nothing happened... Many promises later I send him a demand on 27 Feb 2023 to pay for the re-compacting of my grass area and to redo a very bad job. He pitched up a week later, re-compacted the area, but did not finish. I am taking Enoch and his company now to the small claims court to pay for the fixing of a very bad job. Please take note of my bad experience and DO NOT USE ICONIC PROJECTS, even if their prices are the best.
