Worst service

I ordered hair and accessories from these *********** people. It took them 3 weeks to acknowledge that they received payment and my order, i also paid for 3 day delivery, of which that never happened. Everyday i query about my order and never get a reply. The one time they rep**** they said they might have missed my order and will be only shipped 3 days after. 6 weeks later, still nothing, they don't answer my calls, emails and whatsapp
