**** ,Horrible service and *****

I bought 2 wigs from Iconic Hair collection on the 25th November 2020,amounting R2150 including courier,with order number #271, according to their profile it takes 1-3days to deliver, I paid via instant money,and proof and pin was sent to *** after the voucher number was sent to ***, no response from Andiswa,(miss ngwenya),i then tried to call *** & email ***,phone always on VM and email not responded as this was my first escalation,I WhatsApped my concern and proof of payment to ***,I was ignored for long and after weeks I was told that they were delayed by back orders of Black Friday and that they’ll send my parcel 5 weeks ago, no parcel received,when I query it on WhatsApp they just read and ignore my messages,I’ve sent them my banking details for them to refund,also nothing happened,they ignore me, what a horrible experience I had with them.Message sent again last week,no response,no delivery until today.
