Wanted to purchase an item online listed on their website. It then says that you must confirm the availability of the stock before confirming the order using the chat function. Spoke to an agent, and was informed that they have no stock and it is all now held by take-a-lot and if I want it I should purchase it from them. Take-a-lot price is 50% more than the price of the online store....If you advertising a product for sale, then you should be the one selling it. Don't refer customers to third party and above that, ask them to pay 50% more for the item.
