Bad service

I am extremely unhappy with the service I am receiving from Icon Vending my last instalment for my machine was on 02 November 2022 but when it's time for delivering my machine I am told stories about the change of ownership of which it shouldn't be my concern as I paid for the machine in full. Now I require a refund because clearly they are failing to deliver.
