Very dissapointed

<p>Me and my family went to my cousins wedding in Port Alfred. We've made a hair appointment for all of us ladies, but ask for a price prior the appointment, like weeks before. The "manager" said its for long hair R160-R180 then you get a wash, blow dry and straighten/curls whatever you prefer. Went for the appointment, left my hair dirty because it will be washed on the day of my appointment, no, came there, i was told that my hair will not be washed as the curls will not last. So I didnt get a wash, my hair was sooo oily and discusting, I got a few curls in my hair, no blow dry nothing. To put the cherry on the top, a lady that was still doing her practical, not even qualified did my hair, and I've got charged R250!! Don't get me wrong, I would've paid that IF my hair was washed, and IF my hair was blow dried ect. The "qualified" guy did my sisters hair, short, medium lenght, she had a wash, blow dry for R160. Which was not the price for the Medium lenght we've got told. I've never been so discusted with service. I will not recommend anyone to go there and have their hair done! You don't tell them what you prefer, they tell you, and they too lazy to wash your hair, but you need to pay for that!</p>
