The company has broken rules and regulations . I was unfairly garnished in 2006 for a debt I took in 2001 and was garnished for it in 2006 via Persal . The deductions took place in 2006 up.to 2009 or deductions were completed as per court order . The deductions were taking place from my salary advise / payslip . In April 2024 the same company has started deductions for the same debt . I wasn't summoned to appear in court initially nor was I consulted by human resources . In the second time I only got to know when I was checking my deductions on the payslip . I tried to stop the deductions using human resources but nothing has happened until now . I tried to communicate with the company and they said I took a loan with Unibank in 2001 and they were using the same court order for the same amount they had collected 15 years ago . I'm running out of ideas now .
