I want my certificate or at least enroll me in an equivalent course.

I studied wealth management NQF5 at iCollege in 2017, after we enrolled, we found out that as students studying wealth management we were supposed to get stipends , but never got any. We paid to get student cards but never got them as well. In october 2017 we got assignments from INSETA which were late by a whole 10 months, which lead to frustration because we also had to study for our exams but we did not have any study material, we did our utmost best to complete and submit the assignments,a few weeks later we were told that our assignments were missing and as a result matters got worse because 3 years later I'm still without any certification to show my academic results or to even show that I was even studying the wealth management course. I attempted to enroll at iCollege again thinking that i can get a certificate this time around, only to find out that the course is not offered anymore, and now after taking steps to equip myself with some of the s****s necessary in the financial sector I can not get a job in finance because I do no have any certification. I performed well and believe that what happened to me and the other students was unfair, ********* and ***********.
