Poor customer service

I wish I could give less that 1 star. Their after market support is awful. Once you make a purchase they don't care whatsoever about what happens. They've failed to deliver my product within 2 weeks, and now that I'm requesting a refund they start ignoring all my messages. Stay away, better pay more from reliable retailers.
