Excellent customer service

JN8-48 incubator brought in for repairs. Called the office number and was pleasantly assisted as well as directed to Sipho in the workshop for some technical advice as I was based in Pretoria. Sipho very professionally tried to assist me with support on to how to get my problem fixed but we were unsuccessful to do so. He then assisted with his cellphone to send me a location as I was not fami**** with the area to ensure I find it easily and even answered my calls as I was progressing enabling me to find their location. On arrival I was immediately assisted and 15 minutes later well on my way home with the problem solved at no cost !!!! Well done. Great job Sipho and ICM-Industries
