2013 Certificate still not received

Good Day, i would like to lay a formal complaint against the ICM, Institue of credit management for still not delivering my Credit management 4 certificate as promised since 2013.<br> <br> I cant believe im still having to beg and phone Danelle and im getting no responce from her as to where my certificate is.<br> <br> I was told that it would be re-printed more than 10 times now and she would send me the tracking number??? That number is still not coming.<br> <br> Is this how students get treated? i have been studying through the ICM since 2010 and really this service im getting for a subject i passed is pathetic.Its 2015 how many more years do i have to wait?<br> <br>
