Damaged radio control jet by couriers

A radio control jet was sent to my husband from Johannesburg to Still Bay. The couriers involved were Xpress Online Couriers (ref no: 841488) and The Courier Guy (TCG***3). The jet was delivered to me, destroyed, on 03/03/2020. Photos were immediately sent to a Henrico at ***, who is apparently the local contact person in George. He promised me to sort the problem out. Despite numerous phone calls from me, I haven't had any feedback from them. I feel I should be refunded for my financial loss by the courier.
