Unreliable College

I sent my daughter to Icesa College for matric rewrite In 2014 after failing matric the previous year , with the agreement that if she passes she will do the IT Course the following year. Unfortunately she failed therefore there was no need for her to continue as she had no matric. I `ve been informed by my daughter (Noxolo) that Icesa College is forcing her to pay for the course she did not do. They (Icesa) have been threathening her with legal actions. I even went there (Icesa Pietermaritzburg) to get clarity. The manager told me that she would sort this out. It has come to my attention that they have handed her account over to their lawyers. Please intervene.
