Terrible service at Icesa

I registered with icesa(durban )6 months back.i de-registered as i would no longer beable to continue with the studies.i dod this within the time allowed to deregister. I app**** for my refund and i have not recieved it till today.everytime i call they take down my numbet and say they will follow up. I have lost hope of recieving my money . All i wish for is that they stop sending me messages that i am in arears as i did my part to follow their system. I want them to stop sending me messages as they are being sent to my grandmothers phone . PLEASE PLEASE stop and give mw back my money
