Terrible experience at ICESA campus

Okay, so I am in a sticky situation. I am a registered Icesa student in the Pietermaritburg campus, 2018. I would like to leave the campus and attend another institution elsewhere, but I cannot due to the reason that I now have to pay them the full year fee. The main problem is that my lecturers are definitely not up to scratch, and are definitely not teaching me properly and I find myself trying to learn work on my own at home. I have tried speaking to various members around campus and they tell me that there's nothing else they can do for me. They have suggested additional classes with the lecturers, or having another lecturer take their place but this will further impact on my education. How is it possible for the campus to force me to pay for an entire year of studying when I am not receiving a certain standard of education as promised? What more do I do now? Personally the service from this campus is terrible, and I am now being forced to attend this institute due to the contract I had signed not knowing the repercussions of leaving.
