ICESA Education - Future Students please stay away

I contacted the institution today querying a confirmation of achievement which I had not received when graduating in 2003, I was told by the consultant that I would have to pay a fee of R 250 for me to get it.

My question to the consultant was why would I have to pay for something the I did not receive in the first place?

She responded that there is simply no way to prove that I did not receive it...absolutely ridiculous.

Another attempt at make money by an unregistered and unrecognized institution.
