Bad service

<p>Hi</p> <p>Please note it ICESA DURBAN COLLEGE I'm complaining about.</p> <p>Since 2007 been getting bad service on this college registered for a computer course called Computer Applications in 2006 paid registration and half amount of my course until lost job after completion was due to pay balance and get my certificate don't have money , got job in 2009 been getting hold them trying to pay and even went personal was moved pillar to post until today , my lecture was Mr Mabanga Student was 32778 on my access card .I request to get my certificate and pay their money wherever apply do not have proof that I have done computer Still their books as proof.</p>
