I bought a necklace from ICED Cape Town 3 weeks before I needed it. I received a confirmation of payment and of order etc. A week later I emailed regarding shipping and was told I had to collect even though I payed for shipping. Then they stopped answering my emails for about a week and finally emailed me back saying they had SOLD my necklace ordered and couldn’t send me one as they were now sold out. They told me this A DAY before it was supposed to arrive. Horrible service, customer service is ****. Will never ever support them or refer anyone to them.
