Technician came out 7 Jan to fix my Defy double door fridge and quoted to repair. Once he left the fridge shocked us and tripped the power. Almost 3 months later no service and says I have to pay for a pc board. Got a second opinion yesterday and they cut my earth and used wrong compressor and heating element. All phone lines are off and no emails get answered.
