BAD fridge repair

Icecube Refrigeration in 10 Brabant Road, Freeway Park, Boksburg, South Africa does not keep their word. After a service that went wrong and 7 visits to work on a Sancom Industrial Fridge thereafter, Icecube Refrigeration's Accounts & Sales Administrator, Shalom Makuwa promised and agreed on a 50% refund of the last invoice of R 2 850,00 ( paid in full by me). This was 3 weeks ago and no monies received. Many e-mails since and no refund. Please be aware of this company delivering highly inefficient work, sending uns****ed people to do the job and charging absorbent amounts for it.
